"Shell Shocked' No More: A Radical Proposal to Save New Orleans

Name a city where the violence is so great, there were calls from one particular community for the National Guard to patrol the streets in 2003.
Lower the black population of New Orleans, lose the title of "Murder Capital of America"

And 2005.

And 2006.

And 2008

And 2011.

And 2012.

It's a city where a new documentary, Shell Shocked, depicts the very community the world saw on display when it was flooded with the waters of Lake Pontchartrain in 2005. Though the black New Orleans Times-Picayune columnist, Javris DeBerry,  is incapable of writing it, we will: the level of depravity in the black community of New Orleans would shell shock even the most hardened bigot
[New Orleans 'Shell Shocked' documentary examines grim reality of murder through the eyes of children, NOLA.com, May 2, 2013]:
The images are disturbing. Young boys in New Orleans neighborhoods point assault rifles at the camera. Teenagers brawl in a classroom. Bodies lie on the streets. A mother looks into the camera and admits she sometimes asks strangers if she can hug them because they remind her of her murdered son.
In a city long known as America's murder capital -- in 2012, the murder rate in New Orleans was 10 times the national average -- many residents say they can't help but grow numb to the daily shootings throughout the city. But a new documentary that premiered this week, "Shell Shocked," aims to cut through to viewers' hearts by presenting New Orleans teenagers' grim realities in their own words.
"I would say a gun is way easier to get than a textbook down here," says one teenage boy. "A textbook is more expensive to get to. You gotta get online and order it, you can't just walk into Walmart like that."
But who is making New Orleans so violent? Why are we shell shocked, when the videos, images, and stories coming out of Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans showed a community equally ravaged by the so-called 'black community'?

Well, here's your answer [In New Orleans, Dysfunction Fuels Cycle of Killing, New York Times, 2-5-2007]:
The killing is integrated deep into the community. Residents say the routine nature of the violence stifles a sense of outrage, for reasons of physical and mental self-preservation.
“Last week I buried one on Tuesday, and the one who killed him was buried on Wednesday,” said the Rev. John C. Raphael Jr., a burly former policeman turned minister who has campaigned against the violence here. “And I buried another one on Friday. And the one I buried Friday, somebody shot part of the family later that night.”
Mr. Raphael posts signs on telephone poles that say “Enough!” at murder scenes; often, neighbors are reluctant to let him do so.
The police blame drugs — drug debts, or drug deals gone bad, or grabs for drugs, mostly crack. Many of the drug gangs dispersed after the hurricane and have since regrouped, ending the brief lull with a greater intensity of infighting now concentrated in fewer neighborhoods.
On the street, a 10- or 12-year old can get up to $30 for being a bicycle lookout, and teenagers can get up to $1,000 for helping to move drug stashes.
But apart from the drug trade, those living with the culture of violence say that often all that is needed to set off a deadly shooting is a misdirected look, an epithet or a turn down the wrong block into an alien neighborhood.
Most of the violence involves black men killing other black men. Out of the 161 homicide victims last year, 131 were black men. Most of the suspects were also black men.
When the pattern of black-on-black violence is occasionally broken, white fear and outrage are redoubled. This happened earlier this month after the killing of a white filmmaker, when thousands of people marched on City Hall to demand change, a majority of them whites.
The small showing of black marchers saddened Mr. Raphael, the minister. In the 2006 murders, he said, “99 percent of them were black-on-black, and we did not march. As a community, we could not bring ourselves to respond to that.”
Whites aren't outraged enough, knowing that a large percentage of the real estate of Orleans Parrish is off limits to white people. Or in the district attorney's office: at least that of former Orleans Parrish District Attorney Eddie Johnson, the first black DA of New Orleans, who fired a number of white employees for the crime of being white [New Orleans murder rate for year will set record: Prosecutions are so lax in post-flood city that criminals speak of 'misdemeanour murder', Ethan Brown reports, The Guardian, November 6, 2007]:
Some cite the inexperience of Orleans Parish district attorney Eddie Jordan, who took office without ever trying a case in criminal court. Others cite inadequate case processing on the part of the New Orleans police department. In one quadruple murder, for example, a police report was a total of three pages.

The district attorney's office faced a severe crisis of confidence under Jordan. Dozens of former employees were recently awarded a $3.7m judgment in a race discrimination claim filed in federal court in 2003. The former employees (who are white) claim that Mr Jordan (a former federal prosecutor who is New Orleans' first black district attorney) fired them because of their race. Mr Jordan asked New Orleans' city council to add the amount of the judgement to his office's 2008 budget so the sum can be repaid. Mr Jordan's office also warned that if it does not receive help, his office could be "forced to close" and will be "without sufficient assistant district attorneys to prosecute approximately 2,500 cases, which are currently awaiting trial."

As the year comes to a bloody close, it seems that New Orleans is nearing the tipping point where it may become so violent that it is no longer livable at all. Certainly, the current murder rate is so high and the city's population so low (around 250,000, well below pre- Katrina population of about 500,000) that a significant chunk of the city is already simply being killed off.
Shell shocked yet?  How about reading some of the solutions to the problem [To Lower Murder Rate, New Orleans Focuses on Police Force, New York Times, April 1, 2012]:
In New Orleans, murders follow a distressingly similar pattern. Almost 90 percent of the victims are young black males; more than 90 percent of the perpetrators fit the same profile.
The vast majority of assailants have a criminal record, and 40 percent have a prior arrest for illegal firearms possession. In about four of five cases, perpetrators and victims knew each other.
“A lot of this is young people with no conflict resolution skills,” says Police Superintendent Ronal W. Serpas, who was tapped by the mayor two years ago.
Easy access to firearms is one cause. The city plans to begin a gun-buyback plan that had a modicum of success in Baltimore and elsewhere. The mayor and police chief are urging municipal judges to increase the bonds and require ankle bracelets for those charged repeatedly with illegal firearms possession; statistics show that such offenders are most likely to commit murders. Success has been limited.
Mr. Landrieu stresses the need for a holistic approach, involving businesses, the faith community and nonprofits, as well as government. A major initiative, started six months ago, is S.O.S., or Saving Our Sons. Its activities include mentoring at-risk young black males, conflict resolution programs and midnight basketball, with the participation of the New Orleans Hornets, the city’s professional team.
S.O.S. is right; not Saving Our Sons, but S.O.S. and being shell shocked isn't enough at this point.

The National Guard isn't enough.

A Wall of Murder that Father Bill Terry keeps (his church is a few blocks from the French Quarter) isn't enough.

But what is enough to save the city of New Orleans? The book Melding Police and Policy to Dramatically Reduce Crime in the City of New Orleans by Dr. Kevin A. Unter offers the answer. In the concluding chapter of the book (sub-headline: Measuring the Impact of Socio-Economic Variables), Dr. Unter writes:
Just as with the inclusion of police-specific variables, the sociological variables included in this study were drawn from existing research on crime reduction. The only variable that shows some explanatory power is the percentage of the black population in New Orleans -- the models suggest that crime will increase as the percentage of the black population in New Orleans increases. This finding is nonetheless problematic given the various interpretations that can be attached to it, but FBI statistics indicate that much of crime is intraracial in nature and a greater percentage of black population New Orleans would suggest more black victims. (p. 166)
Problematic?

The greater the percentage of blacks in New Orleans, the greater the murder/crime rate.

So the smaller the percentage of blacks in New Orleans, the smaller the murder/crime rate.

Right Dr. Unter?

Oh well.

We'll be reading New York Times bemoaning the black violence in Orleans Parrish again in 2017, 2020, and 2030; we'll be reading articles in The Guardian pointing out how blacks fire all whites once they assume some role of political leadership (be it in the judicial or executive branch of the city) in the city of New Orleans; and the next time a hurricane strikes the city, we'll see the same underclass population shell shock the rest of the world with a brief display of the type of behavior found in their communities on a daily basis.

The only sane policy for the city leaders of New Orleans is trying to peacefully remove the black population of the city. If not, the black community will continue to ensure a war-zone like atmosphere in the city, spreading mayhem and bullets in neighborhoods that could be redeveloped for huge profits.

Because like it or not, gentrification is coming to New Orleans.

And the solutions that have thus far been implemented and tried (be it firing all whites in the district attorney's office or midnight basketball) have failed.

It's time for new, dynamic ideas.

It's time to quit being shell shocked.

That'll Be the Day

One of my favorite movies is The Searchers. John Wayne's portrayal of Ethan Edwards ranks as one of the truly great performances in the history of medium.

In the face of defiance and adversity, his simple retort is, "that'll be the day."
The type of hate that drove Ethan Edwards, will drive us...

That'll be the day.

The latest Paul Kersey at VDare.com is a story that would perplex even Rod Serling.

The Twilight-Zone has nothing on life in Black-Run America (BRA).

But there's a silver-lining to it, one that few have considered.

Read the piece at VDare.com, but comment on it here. As always, be sure to spread this one around far and wide.  [America’s Reaction To Paula Deen Suggests Elite’s Show Trial Strategy About To Backfire, VDare.com, June 29, 2013]:
The soft tyranny of Political Correctness is steadily transforming into outright Cultural Marxist totalitarianism – and it is starting on QVC.
Legal changes are part of it. The hapless “conservative” movement met with three decisive defeats in one week in the “Culture War” it’s been losing for decades. In the name of equality, the Supreme Court ruled the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional, to the hypocritical cheers of those who had put it into law. Of course, though equality is great when it comes to gay marriage, the Supreme Court also decreed that anti-white (and anti-Asian) racial preferences continue.
More importantly, the Senate voted to pass a nation-breaking amnesty, though that battle is really just beginning.
However, the most critical milestone in America's transformation from a First World free country into just another Third World dystopia may be the Soviet-style Show Trial of a beloved southern chef and entrepreneur: Paula Deen...

One day, perhaps in the not-too-distant future, one of these Show Trials is truly going to blow up in the Ruling Class’s face. Instead of a tearful, groveling apology, a famous-now-infamous figure who has said the “wrong” thing is going to double down with a defiant, “Go to hell.”
And then Americans will feel like they can speak up as well.
As the Amnesty/ Immigration Surge bill shows, Americans already know the elites hate them. It will only take one Show Trial gone wrong for the elite to learn how much the historic American nation hates them back.
One of these Show Trials will backfire, setting off a spark of an indeterminate (at first) ferocity.

But it will only backfire when the individual under assault - whose guilt has already been determined - defiantly and without hesitation stands their ground.

Doesn't budge an inch.

Doesn't cry.

Doesn't apologize.

And instead, simply says, "I'm not sorry. It's you who should be apologizing to me."

That'll be the day...

Desperate Measures -- Black Violence in Baltimore Requires "Police Surge" to Protect Citizens over July Fourth Holiday

Before Kurt Schmoke's election as Baltimore's first black mayor, an editorial  in the Baltimore Afro-American painted a bright picture of the prospect of black political control of Baltimore. Concluding that control of the 'political levers' would have a decisive effect upon the quality of life in the black community, the Afro called upon the black community to elect "highly able, qualified, and esteemed blacks" to positions of authority and power. Electing such people, the Afro continued, would pay great dividends in "black pride, self-respect, and motivation." (p. 91)
So wrote Harold McDougall in the book Black Baltimore: A New Theory of Community,

After decades of black political rule, the city of Baltimore is on the verge of financial Armageddon. Those political levers of power were granted to black individuals who treated the government like a retiree treats a slot machine lever in Las Vegas after they've won a big jackpot.
Thanks to black people, you can put a chalk outline around the whole city of Baltimore

The election of blacks has had virtually no effect on black self-respect, though black pride (perhaps stubbornness?) continues to haunt a city that once considered among America's great achievements.

Now, the city is busy covering up black crime in the Inner Harbor, with any attempt to address the problem a greater crime than the black mobs attacking tourists and driving away business. An increase security is the only solution the black city leaders can come up (logically, an outright banning of blacks from the Inner Harbor would solve the problem).

With July 4 approaching (what exactly are we American's celebrating again? Freedom, which has directly lead to the ruinous state of our major cities?), the violence of the black community in Baltimore is reaching levels not seen in years... perhaps since the crack epidemics of the 1980s.

Twenty-nine shot, 10 dead in a span of six days. Welcome to life in a city fueled by black political power.[Baltimore police promise 'dramatic increase' in presence through July 4: Weeklong spike in shootings, homicides spurs law enforcement partnerships, Baltimore Sun, June 28, 2013]:
Residents can expect to see a "dramatic" law enforcement increase this weekend and through the July Fourth holiday, as city and police officials search for ways to tamp down a spree of deadly violence.
Police officials vowed to deploy up to three times the number of officers typically on the streets over the weekend, with the city's patrol forces being joined by officers from the Maryland State Police, the Maryland Transportation Authority and the Baltimore City sheriff's office.
In another show of police force, authorities made the rare move Friday of closing off a city block on Bennett Place with metal fences, allowing only residents from the block to enter after a third person was shot and killed in the area since February.

A total of 35 people have been shot in the city since June 21.
"We are increasing our deployments throughout all of the hot spots over the course of the week," said Sgt. Eric Kowalczyk, a Baltimore police spokesman.
But some questioned the so-called saturation patrols. The increased presence comes at a time when the Police Department is on track to exceed its overtime budget for the fiscal year, which comes to a close after this weekend. The department also exceeded its budget last year.
Fraternal Order of Police President Robert F. Cherry Jr. said the saturation plan is not sustainable, while City Councilman James Kraft questioned whether it would sap resources from some neighborhoods to flood troubled ones.
Police Commissioner Anthony W. Batts attributed the crime spike on Friday to warring gangs, retaliatory shootings and club violence. He also said conflicts at the city jail — in the spotlight for a scandal involving corrections officers allegedly working with gang members — may be playing out in city neighborhoods.
"There are some issues that are taking place inside the jail facility that are spilling out to the streets," he said in an interview with Baltimore Sun columnist Dan Rodricks on WYPR-FM. "We believe there's a connection at the jail that's spilling out on the street. But I don't want to get too much more into that."
Batts also questioned the effectiveness of the court system as a deterrent.
"Our criminals on the streets are more willing to take a charge on murder because they think they can get off with our juries," he said.
The violence continued to play out as the weekend neared.
Just after 9 p.m. Thursday, between 50 and 100 residents on Elmora Avenue in the Four by Four neighborhood of Northeast Baltimore milled around outdoors in small cliques and circles, arguing among themselves in what police would later describe as a "community altercation."
Suddenly, police said, bullets were fired into the crowd, and three women were injured. One, 21-year-old Gennie Shird of Pen Lucy, was pronounced dead before 10 p.m.
In 2012, 94 percent of murder victims in Baltimore were black (217 murders, with a clearance rate of 47 percent); 79 percent of known suspects had a criminal record, with 82 percent of the victims also having a criminal record.

An internecine war among the underclass black population is dragging the entire city to a layer of hell not even Dante could have endured.

The Baltimore Sun publishes an interactive map that shows the race of murder victims (and where they were murdered) going back to 2007. Go ahead and look at the reality of crime in the city of Baltimore.

Calling the black violence 'gang-related' is a disservice to the intensity (and random) nature of black violence in the city:
Maria Whiting's Northeast Baltimore home is immaculate. The dining room table is set with gold chargers beneath each plate and matching gold napkins at each setting. The white couches, covered in artfully arranged throw pillows, are so fluffy and pristine it seems impossible that anyone has ever sat on them. Whiting herself is equally put together and looks far younger than her 50 years. It's hard to believe that this friendly, soft-spoken woman has seen so much tragedy.

In 1995 her eldest son, Valgene Donte Alston, was heading home after playing basketball when a man with a gun mistook him for someone he had fought with earlier that day. According to Whiting, the man stood over her son, a good kid who had never been in trouble, and shot him twice in the head. "When he walked away one of the guys said, `Oh, I shot the wrong black nigger,'" Whiting says. Donte was 22.
A case of mistaken identity -- perhaps all blacks look alike to black people?

The reason Baltimore is dying is simple -- it's black population (the city was 81 percent white in 1950, with the black population - courtesy of Manifest Destruction - rising from 142,000 in 1930 to 326,000 in 1960) successfully drove out whites in the decades of 1960, 1970, 1980, 1990, and the 2000s, because the fear of what happened to Valgene Alston wasn't something white people wanted to deal with on a regular basis.

So how did that whole "black political power" translating into 'self-respect and black pride' turn out? Just look at the body count black people racked up in 2007:
A Breakdown Of Baltimore City’s 2007 Homicide Statistics

Posted 1/23/2008

Total number of victims: 282

Victims by Race:
African-American: 261
Asian: 1
Caucasian: 14
Hispanic: 4
Other: 2
Percentage of victims who were African-American: 92.6 percent
Percentage of the city's population who are African-American: 64.8 percent
Per capita homicide rate: 44 per 100,000
Per capita homicide rate for African-American men in their 20s: 460 per 100,000

And it's not just Baltimore that black people are directly converting into just another version of Port-au-Prince, Haiti within the former city limits of a once-thriving American city.

Milwaukee, Chicago, Indianapolis, and St. Louis are all black war zones (courtesy of the so-called "Great Migration"),with a frightened white population left with declining property values and the prospect of a Detroit 2013 scenario hanging over their heads like a guillotine.

What are you celebrating this July 4th?

Seriously?

Z World Detroit -- The Post-Apocalyptic World Found in a 90 Percent Black City

There's a scene in World War Z, the new Brad Pitt movie, that has real-world significance. With what's left of the American government retreating to air craft carriers (a flotilla of naval vessels), there's a throw-a-way scene of members of the military bringing abroad the framed U.S. Constitution and Declaration of Independence. It's mentioned, briefly, that D.C. has fallen.
Artifacts from a world now ruled by zombies were removed from the ruined of Washington D.C. in World War Z; it's a shame white people didn't do the same when they were forced out of Detroit by blacks.

Amid all the chaos of the world ending and the attempt to preserve some vestige of the former civilization, this scene punctuated the recent news the Detroit Institute of Arts could see its prized inventory put on the auction block to satisfy the debts of a 90 percent black city.

Or, six percent of the debts.

This is a city that has provided electricity to customers over the past five at an operating loss of $150 million annually, which means virtually no one is paying their electric bill. [DTE to take over Detroit electricity service, Detroit News, June 27, 2013]

It's also a city where one solution to the economic woes facing the 90 percent black (a rarely mentioned creation of that same 90 percent black population) was to create a zombie style amusement park [Idea for Detroit zombie theme park catches some attention, Detroit Free Press, July 9, 2012].

Dubbed Z World Detroit, the idea was to turn large areas of abandoned Detroit real estate into an urban zombie theme park.

It hasn't gone anywhere yet, because the entire city is already an urban zombie municipality.

With the appointment of Keyvn Orr as the Emergency Manager of the city has ensured that the black population responsible for the post-zombie apocalypse nature of Detroit won't be blamed for the economic or moral conditions of the city. After all, Orr empathizes with them as a black man who grew up in Detroit[Orr: 'Painful sacrifices' are needed to avoid bankruptcy, The Detroit News, June 10, 2013]:
Addressing those who believe an EM isn’t necessary, Orr said the city had a chance to correct its problems through a consent agreement forged in March 2012 that “put out certain prescriptions for things that were supposed to be accomplished in a year’s time. And they weren’t.”
Orr also spoke about his background and the racism his family members experienced, saying he understands the struggle of black Detroiters. “No one can tell me about issues involving discrimination,” he said. “I’ve lived it. ... I don’t want anyone to think I don’t understand, in a very real sense, what I’m asking them to do.”
Issues of discrimination in a 90 percent black city shouldn't be given any credence at this point, for its precisely because of the paucity in the city of Detroit that it is in such a perilous economic state ($18 billion in deficits).

Z World Detroit has already come true, and yet the Lansing-appointed emergency manager is prattling on about understanding the plight of 'discrimination' in a city populated by a near monochromatic population of blacks.

But just as those black elected officials inherited a city already constructed from the white people who abandoned it (with the high levels of black crime a crushing blow to social capital and an insurmountable obstacle to avoid), the black population also inherited priceless cultural artifacts from the racial group distinctly different from them.

Whereas the Detroit Institute of Art and all the art housed in it represents the expression of European-descended people, the city of Detroit in 2013 is the expression of African-descended people.

It truly is Z World Detroit

And with the bankruptcy of a 90 percent black city imminent, an attempt to pay back debts assumed by a completely black-dominated city/population (since 1974 and the election of Coleman Young, Detroit has been a black-politically dominated city) could mean the selling of artifacts from a civilization they supplanted.
There's no need for a zombie-style amusement park in Detroit; the 90 percent black city is already post-apocalyptic

The white civilization that actually built Detroit [Anxiety in Detroit Over a Prized Car Trove, New York Times, June 19, 2013]:
But there is another Detroit family jewel in question that is largely unknown outside the automobile world and to some people even more treasured — a collection of 62 lovingly maintained classic cars donated to the city since the 1950s by civic-minded families seeking to preserve the Motor in Motor City.
Most of the cars are stored under protective plastic bubbles in a World War II-era riverfront warehouse on the grounds of Fort Wayne, while others are on display at the Detroit Historical Museum or on loan to exhibits around the country.
Just as art patrons are resisting selling van Goghs and Matisses to satisfy Detroit’s debt, car lovers are pushing back at the possibility of losing what they regard as the city’s historic industrial heart and soul — including a Cadillac Osceola that dates to 1905, and a vintage Ford Mustang worth an estimated $2 million.
“The cars stand for us, the expression of the thousands of people working hard to produce the birthright of America,” said Jerry Herron, a Detroit historian and dean of the Irvin D. Reid Honors College at Wayne State University. “It would be a sad day for Detroit and for America.”
rom the perspective of Adam Lovell, the curator of the historical society’s museum, the cars’ real value lies in what they represent for Detroit. Each vehicle in the collection has a story that, taken together, “tell little snippets, tiny microstories” of Detroit’s history.
The stories feature industry titans making groundbreaking cars, and workers fighting to prove their grit to the world — and to their companies.
It is an eclectic collection, from the innovative 1934 Chrysler Airflow four-door sedan to the 1960 Chevrolet Corvair — later declared by Ralph Nader to be “unsafe at any speed.” Even an AMC Pacer, one of the oddest cars from the 1970s, sits in the 50,000-square-foot warehouse, which smells like a musty basement and pulses with the whir of the fans that keep the bubbles inflated 24 hours a day.
There is also the 1919 Dodge coupe belonging to John Francis Dodge, with gold initials JFD imprinted on the rear door and an odometer that reads 4,126. A 1902 Oldsmobile runabout is considered the first mass-produced automobile in the world.
A 1987 Cadillac stretch limousine was custom-made by workers in a failing bid to persuade General Motors to keep open the Fleetwood plant where it was made.
Mr. Lovell counts among his favorites a 1924 two-door Hupmobile with a four-cylinder engine, manufactured by the long-defunct Hupp Motor Car Company.
“If you look in a 1920s Detroit phone directory for car companies, you’re going to see 60 different listings,” he said. “That just boggles people’s minds. Some produced two cars, some produced hundreds.”
Another unlikely favorite of his is a 1984 Dodge Caravan.
“I call it the Model T of the ‘80s,” he said. “It defined the soccer mom generation.”For Sandra Studebaker of Fraser, Mich., who donated the minivan to the historical society in 2004, the four-cylinder, standard-transmission vehicle has personal significance.
“It had become a member of my family,” said Ms. Studebaker, a distant relative of the Studebaker automotive family. “I even named it Brown Betty. I could not give Brown Betty to anyone who would run it into the ground.”
The collection is valued at more than $12 million, according to an independent estimate produced by Hagerty, the classic car insurer based in Traverse City, Mich., at the request of The New York Times.
“You can tell it’s a collection meant to paint the history of the automobile,” said Jonathan Klinger, a Hagerty spokesman. “It’s designed to tell a story.”
And though black people have contributed nothing to the history of the automobile, they are exclusively the contributors to the economic and moral collapse of the city of Detroit, a metropolis that has degenerated into nothing more than the real-life manifestation of Z World Detroit
Is there anything of material value that blacks have contributed to Detroit?
Seriously.
Is there? Here's a breakdown of Detroit's assets. Unfortunately, the Detroit News is to kind in falling to acknowledge the 90 percent black population of the city of Detroit is its greatest liability [Detroit Zoo giraffe? Belle Isle? Detroit's treasure trove could be vulnerable to sale to settle debt, Detroit News, June 2, 2013]:
A healthy, breeding female giraffe from the Detroit Zoo could fetch $80,000 on the open market. Detroit’s half of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel was valued a few years ago at $65 million.
A prototype of the 1963 Ford XD Cobra owned by the Detroit Historical Museum carries an estimated price of $1 million. Belle Isle?
Maybe several hundred million dollars. Maybe more. If everything is indeed on the table when it comes to turning Detroit’s assets into dollars, then the possibilities are nearly endless, bewildering and sometimes bizarre.
Detroit is teetering on the brink of the largest municipal bankruptcy in American history. The city’s emergency manager, Kevyn Orr, and his team have said they want to evaluate everything owned by the city as they begin negotiations with creditors in the face of $15 billion to $17 billion in debt and future pension obligations.
Orr already created a tsunami of controversy when he acknowledged late last month that billions of dollars worth of art owned by the city and housed at the Detroit Institute of Arts were vulnerable to creditors. But he potentially could sell or privatize numerous other city assets, too, from public parks to operations of the city’s Water and Sewerage Department to sundry treasures found in some of Detroit’s other cultural institutions.
Zombies are all the craze now, with World War Z opening huge and The Walking Dead playing to record cable audiences on AMC. In the aftermath of the initial zombie surge, civilization collapses and what's left of humanity is left to pick up the pieces and fight to restore some sense of normalcy.

Now tell me -- a 90 percent black city already gives us a glimpse into a world where a much different kind of undead has trampled upon the civilization they inherited when the violence inherit in their community drove away the people responsible for making the city a one-time Paris of the West.

George Romero and Max Brooks nightmarish, hellish version of the macabre has come true.

We call it Detroit 2013, a manifestation of the type of community black people will create when left to their own devices.

Anyone up for buying a giraffe?

"Creepy Ass Cracker" Alert: White Woman Assaulted in Milwaukee by Blacks for Playing 'Black Music'

It shouldn't take much digging around at SBPDL to figure out that the worst black population in America resides in Milwaukee. Instead of having debates on whether or not we should be granting amnesty to 20-30 million illegal immigrants, we should be having debates on whether or not we should revoke the citizenship of 40 million + black people in America

Seriously.

Let's roll the ugliness [Street performer assaulted outside Summerfest, Fox 6 Milwaukee, June 27, 2013]:

A saxophone player was assaulted outside the Summerfest grounds near Chicago St. on Wednesday, June 26th around 11 p.m.
26-year-old street performer Cassandra Struve became a target on opening night while she was playing an old jazz song.
“I was playing Minnie the Moocher, classic Blues Brothers song,” said Struve. ”A lady with a child in her hand came up to me, smacked me in my face and said ‘don’t play that.’”
Struve says three African American women confronted her and shouted that a white girl could not play the song.
After being hit, Struve says she was shocked and pushed the woman away, but was hit again.
“Her daughter came out of nowhere and punched me twice in the side of the face,” said Struve. “After she did that I was instantly upset. You know, I mean, I cried.”
A group of workers at a nearby hot dog stand witnessed the attack.
“It was chaotic, you know, it was really chaotic,” said Lee Johnson.
Johnson says he tried to confront the women but they continued walking away.
Then he decided to check on Struve.
“I went down to her aid and assisted her the best I could and called 911 for her,” said Johnson.
Struve says she has a bruise on her temple, but will continue to play outside Summerfest.
“Saxophone is an innocent instrument. It’s supposed to spread the love and joy with people, not to bring hatred,” said Struve.
Two women, 14- and 24-years-old, were cited for disorderly conduct. A 41-year-old woman was cited for assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
The book "The Miami Riot of 1980: Crossing the Bounds" by Bruce Porter and Marvin Dunn, is important to briefly discuss here, for it details that it was one of the first times since the Nat Turner uprising that black people were specifically targeting whites.
Where would we be without the culinary and cultural contributions/enrichment of the black population? Well, New Orleans and Milwaukee would be 1st World Cities...

We already know blacks in Milwaukee pulled whites from their cars and beat them (at the 2011 Wisconsin State Fair -- an event Eric Holder's DOJ has yet to investigate), an action that blacks also participated in back in the 1980 riot.

Recently, on Twitter, I noted in a Tweet to resident New Orleans Times Picayune black apologist scribe Jarvis DeBerry that, devoid of a black population, New Orleans would be devoid of almost all crime.

He retweeted to his followers (after blocking me), which prompted this hysterical Tweet:
You are sad in yr bigotry/ wrongss. W/o blk ppl NOLA has no music, little food, & no unique culture - It'd be DesMoines.
Remember: the entire state of Iowa is under assault from black refugees from Chicago

Without black people, Milwaukee and New Orleans would have almost no crime.

But, as @RevMelanieNOLA states: "there'd be no music, little food & no unique culture!"

How'd the Ice People of Northern Europe survive for so long - even putting men on the moon - without such contributions from the black community?

This has been your "Creepy Ass Cracker" Alert for the day.

Gabourey Sidibe Takes the Stand in the George Zimmerman Trial

It took the black chick from Precious to tell us that Trayvon Martin's final thoughts centered around some, "Creepy Ass Cracker" following him around.
Who would have thought that Trayvon Martin was talking to Academy Award nominee Gabourey Sidibe on the phone the night he died?

Though Gabourey Sidibe couldn't read her own cursive, her testimony as the states star witness was... precious.

The resemblance to Rachel Jeantel is amazing...
Wait, that wasn't Sidibe?

Why Does St. Louis Need Drones to Patrol High-Crime Areas? Two Words: Black People

Why does the city of St. Louis need to use drones to patrol 'high-crime areas'? Probably because placing officers in these 'high-crime areas' is a danger to not only the police officers, but also a huge risk of potentially instigating a riot.
Yes, the drones will be flying over those majority black neighborhoods in blue, where the overwhelmingly majority of crime transpires in St. Louis

The shooting of a crime suspect is tantamount to a police officer gunning down a school bus full of innocent black children, to a black community that believes all actions against black criminals by the police is some form of abuse and unnecessary force.

In St. Louis, crime is the avocation of black people (as this illustration shows, murder is an exclusive past-time of the black community in St. Louis).

And though St. Louis is 48 percent black and 43 percent white, the drones utilized by the police will primarily fly over the areas of Concentrated Blackness in the city [St. Louis police chief wants drones to monitor city from the sky, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, June 23, 2013]:
In Chief Sam Dotson’s vision of modern policing, a drone would circle Busch Stadium to watch for terrorists, or silently pursue a criminal who thought the chase was over when the officer in the car behind him turned off its red lights and siren.

And Dotson is working to make it happen.

“Criminals believe, and with some truth, that if they flee from police officers, officers will not pursue and they will ultimately elude capture,” Dotson wrote in a letter to the Federal Aviation Administration. It was a preliminary step toward seeking approval for unmanned — and unarmed — flight.
We already know the NSA is listening to all of our phone calls (if you had read Jim Bovard, you knew this already); we already know our e-mail is read; we already know the government is actively making life harder for right-wing individuals (even those as milquetoast as Tea Party groups being targeted by the IRS).

But your Alex Jones-types can't believe the police of a dying city would dare utilize technology to make their lives safer (and improve the overall health of the community) by flying drones over 'high-crime areas.'

Never mind that with black violence increasing in St. Louis, a recent surge - yes, like in a war - of police to combat the violence almost claimed the life of one of the top ranking rankings officers in force
[St. Louis police commander survives ambush while on special patrol, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, June 12, 2013]:

Police Major Joseph Spiess was among department brass who hit the streets after a particularly violent night this week, to help look for trouble.

He found some, and it almost killed him.

Spiess was among about a dozen top commanders helping supplement patrols Tuesday night after 19 people were wounded in eight incidents the night before.
Now, the St. Louis Police Association Business Manager has pointed out that the police need to carry larger caliber weaponry in the 'urban' setting the city offers, which, really is just a replication of the conditions of Port-au-Prince, Haiti in the middle of the heartland of America [St. Louis Police Consider Carrying Shotguns, Assault Rifles, CBS St. Louis, June 24, 2013]:
Fighting crime from the sky in St. Louis could soon be performed with unmanned drones if Police Chief Sam Dotson has his way but more immediately, police officers want to make sure they are not outgunned by criminals while fighting crime on the ground.

St. Louis Police Association Business Manager Jeff Roorda says many departments nationwide have already moved to arming police officers with 40 or 45 caliber firearms. St. Louis Police still carry a 9mm Beretta.

“It seems to be the opinion of at least our members that we need more stopping power. Not more firepower but more stopping power,” he said. “The larger caliber provides that in an urban setting like this.”
So, why does St. Louis need drones?

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department puts out an annual report every year, going to great detail to include the racial breakdown of all crimes committed. We decided to take screenshots of this graph for the years 2004 - 2011 so you can ascertain for yourself the reality of how bad the black crime problem is in a city that is 48 percent black and 43 percent white.

It's a city under-seige, where a special police squad and separate prosecutor were assigned to investigate the Knock-Out game (black people attack whites, an upgrade from your friendly neighborhood game of Kick the Can or Hide-and-Go-Seek).

Well, here's your screen-shots.

2011 Report

2010 report

2009 Report

2008 Report

2006 Report

2005 Report

2004 Report

Do we need to provide any more data? Remember, the city is 48 percent black and 43 percent white.

The heartland of America is St. Louis.

Once the heart goes, there is no nation left.

As we see with St. Louis, it's a city where blacks engage in a Knock-Out Game against non-whites, and the police do what they can to protect the remaining tax-payers and businesses from the depravations of the black community.

Why Does St. Louis Need Drones to Patrol High-Crime Areas?

Two Words: Black People.

But your Alex Jones-types, libertarians, members of Conservatism Inc., and Tea Partiers can't be bothered with this simple fact.

More to the point, there is no need to worry anymore about a heart transplant.

All Your Money Won't Another Minute Buy... The "Millburn Home Invasion" in Living Color

There are no heroes that will save you.

No Superman.

No Batman.

No Punisher.

No Justice League.

No Avengers.

Just us.
No Whitopia is safe...

Men and women, watching. Many knowing something is horribly, horribly wrong. Many others turning away, instinctively understanding the truth is forever blinding; forever removing the thin veneer of some hope in an American Dream.

Millburn, New Jersey is one of those cities where some vestige of an 'America' survives, though modernity is increasingly encroaching upon this Whitopia. [Video: Home invasion, beating stuns Millburn, The Jersey Journal, June 26, 2013]:
Perched on the mantel, a nanny cam quietly records a young mother and her 3-year-old daughter watching cartoons in the living room of their Millburn home.
A crash breaks over the sound of the television and the mother casually walks out of the edge of the frame to investigate. Suddenly, a man bursts into view, lunging and swinging at her head. He punches her in the face over and over again. He kicks her in the head, throws her to the floor, puts her in a headlock. Then he throws her like a rag doll down the basement stairs.
Millburn police Tuesday released the graphic video captured from a hidden surveillance camera, in hopes of identifying the suspect in a violent home invasion last Friday morning that has traumatized a family and put a town on edge.
A $5,000 reward was offered by the Essex County Sheriff’s Office for information leading to an arrest. At the same time, the Essex County Prosecutor’s major crimes task force is assisting Millburn with the investigation, said Thomas Fennelly, the county’s chief assistant prosecutor.
Police were shocked by the brutality of the crime.
"People come here because it’s a safe town," said Capt. Michael Palardy, a veteran officer on the Millburn Police Department, who said he can’t even remember the last home invasion.

The video shows the intruder making three trips upstairs to rifle through the family’s belongings, while repeatedly assaulting the woman, kicking her, punching her and yanking her by the hair.
Throughout the attack, which occurred at about 10:30 a.m., there is an eery quiet. The mother silently takes the blows, screaming only once. She later told police she didn’t want to traumatize her daughter who sat on the living room couch during the attack, quietly clutching her blanket. Her 18-month-old son slept upstairs, unaware.
The mother allowed the release of the video to make sure the man is caught before he attacks anyone else, police said. Her name has been withheld to protect her identity.
Neighbors in the leafy, affluent Essex County suburb said the violence of the attack stunned them.
"We always felt safe here," said Jeanne Mixon, who has lived across the street from the victim’s house for 14 years. "My kids walked around at night. We didn’t worry."
"I’m so scared now," said Luz Albarado, who’s lived in the neighborhood since 2001. "I never saw anything like that."
Shirley Lukawitz has lived in Millburn for 13 years and said she’s never heard of neighbors being robbed — let alone being victims of such a vicious attack — until now.
"It’s a little scary," said Lukawitz, 81, who lives on Cedar Street, the next street over from the victim.
 The attacker was black.
The demographic group that doomed Camden and Newark, in living color in your living room.

The home this black male invaded belongs to a white family.

He attacked a young white mother, while her three-year-old watched cartoons.

Wikipedia tells us this about Millburn:
As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 20,149 people, 6,813 households, and 5,553 families residing in the township. The population density was 2,161.3 inhabitants per square mile (834.5 /km2). There were 7,106 housing units at an average density of 762.2 per square mile (294.3 /km2). The racial makeup of the township was 80.17% (16,154) White, 1.63% (329) Black or African American, 0.03% (6) Native American, 15.66% (3,155) Asian, 0.02% (5) Pacific Islander, 0.51% (103) from other races, and 1.97% (397) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.49% (703) of the population.
Only 1.63 percent of the population is black.

But to notice the racial dynamics of the home invasion makes you the bad guy (right Paula Deen?).

To notice the racial dynamics of criminality nationwide (or be suspicious of those who fit the description of your typical criminal, as George Zimmerman did) makes you an individual worse than the black gentleman engaging in the home invasion.

Just remember this: in the words of Kansas, 'nothing lasts forever but the earth and sky.'

The pendulum will swing; Black-Run America (BRA) will end.

When that happens?

It will be just us.

No heroes will save you.

You Can Bet Peyton Manning is Glad to be Out of Indianapolis...

A city committing suicide in front of our eyes.

It wouldn't be a stretch to classify it as assisted suicide.
Indianapolis is on the verge of a 1967 Detroit style riot, courtesy of a last minute attempt to restore law and order to the lawless black community. Peyton Manning got out of dodge at just the right time...

No wonder Peyton Manning wasn't too upset about jetting out of Indianapolis for Denver.

[Indianapolis killings rise at 'alarming' rate, Indy Star, 6-26-13]:

Eight street outreach workers rushed to a fatal shooting Monday night on the Indianapolis Northeastside and found only roiling vindictiveness. As paramedics attended to the two victims and police put up crime tape, members of the Ten Point Coalition hustled to settle down a large, angry crowd.
“There were 100 people out there, and they were all screaming about revenge,” the Rev. Charles Harrison, coalition president, said Tuesday. “They were a mob. We had to hold them back from rushing onto the crime scene.”
Harrison, whose organization regularly monitors crime in some of the city’s toughest neighborhoods, said he took the screams for retaliation as a warning about the violence that may be ahead this summer.
That violence also could keep 2013 on pace to become the most deadly year in Marion County in more than half a decade. “Summer has just started, and it’s already been dangerous for a while,” he said. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Chief Rick Hite agreed. “It’s the times we’re living in,” he said.
“The fact is that there are people right now carrying out vendettas for personal issues with violence.” “The short-term increases are clearly alarming,” said Thomas Stucky, an associate professor at IUPUI’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs. “All too frequently recently, the news is about another person getting shot.”
“If you could substitute guns with knives and clubs the homicide rate would be almost zero,” said Stucky, of Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. He said warm weather can contribute to an increase in homicides. “When warm weather brings people outside, you can have more frequent interactions, and that can have an impact,” Stucky said.
Next week, Hite and Mayor Greg Ballard are expected to detail a plan that will put 100 more officers on the street. Hite already has announced that police will increase patrols in the most violent neighborhoods this summer and step up community outreach to curtail the violence.
They also will conduct frequent sweeps for violent felons who have outstanding warrants and conduct undercover operations, looking for guns and narcotics. “The 80-20 rule is a good one to observe,” Hite said. “Twenty percent of the people do 80 percent of the crime. We need to keep an eye on them.”
These measures, desperate as they are by the leaders of Indianapolis, are required because the black population in the city is reaching a critical mass. Just as in Detroit, when the dwindling white majority attempted to maintain some semblance of law (in the face of a rising, lawless black population) by unveiling the S.T.R.E.S.S Unit, Project 46218 is a mirror image of that ill-fated project in Manning's former stomping grounds.

Remember, with violent crime rising in areas populated primarily by blacks in the city, the weak-willed leadership of Indy is desperate for some type of silver-lining [City announces creation of new team that will review violent crime in Indianapolis, Fox 59, 3-14-13]:

Faced with a nearly 30 percent increase in homicides over a year ago, Mayor Greg Ballard and Public Safety Director Troy Riggs unveiled a new efficiency team responsible for developing a strategy to reduce violent crime rates in Marion County.
“This is not a program. This is not a project. This is not an initiative,” said Public Safety Director Troy Riggs. “This is a new way of doing business for the city and for the police department.”
In late January, city officials announced more than two dozen efficiency teams were created to take a top-to-bottom review of public safety, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and crime related issues in Indianapolis. Thursday, officials announced the establishment of the Violent Crime Review Team, which will consist of about 30 members from varying agencies, including law enforcement and criminal justice officials, as well as community representatives such as the 10-Point Coalition. The team will be headed by IMPD Chief Rick Hite.
Hite said that non-fatal shootings outnumber homicides by a 5-1 ratio.
“Victims of crime and their families, their lives are altered because of violent crime,” said Riggs. “Future generations are altered because of violent crime.”
Hilariously, the Indianapolis Police Department is already keenly aware of the true source of the problem: they've been working in conjunction with the OK Program of Indiana to stamp out black crime for a number of years.

It's not working.

What is the OK Program?:

Throughout the nation, minority males are disproportionately represented in the criminal justice system. Indeed there are more minority men in prison than in college and the problem is self-perpetuating. In Indianapolis the problem is especially acute. For years, as many as 55 percent of Marion County’s homicide suspects, and 65 percent of its homicide victims have been black males; whereas only 25 percent of the county’s population is black and only half of those are male.  These numbers make it clear that black males are an appropriate target population for reducing crime and victimization in Marion County.
The Indianapolis Commission, and the State Commission for the Social Status of Black Males explains the root of this problem as follows: “There is a lack of participation and involvement of black male adults in the lives of young black males, contributing to a violent street culture, gang activities and drug trafficking,” and “There is a lack of nurturing of young black males to mold positive ways of thinking and to prevent crime.”  With your help this is a problem easily solved, so please join us in our effort to build strong communities – one young man at a time!
Obviously, the OK Program has been a monumental failure. Hence the need for a more... draconian response.

  • Raise awareness about incarceration rate of African-American males. Continually provide literature and statistics to students and associate organizations.
  • Educate young African-American males about police procedures. More often than not, young men are arrested because of fear and lack of procedural knowledge.
  • Reduce the high cost of incarceration on American society. Continue to reduce the number of young men entering into the prison system.
  • Enhance individual self-esteem and self-confidence. Regularly interact with men during group meetings and special events.
  • Maximize academic performance.  Frequently access each student’s academic performance level, encourage their improvement, and measure their progress. Give positive reinforcement and spaced repetition by way of group assistance, a reward system, study groups and KIC’IT sessions.
  • Prevent Substance Abuse.  Provide impromptu discussion; education; and provide evidence of a life-style without drugs.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles.  Provide impromptu discussion and education demonstrating the importance of good health.
  • Eliminate the digital divide through computer training and accessibility. Promote completing all assignments via a computer; and provide assistance as needed. Will also provide a computer to the student with the highest GPA at each respective school.
  • Enhance individual and civic responsibility. Educate students on the democratic process, encourage participation in student-school civic activities and the O.K. Student Board of Directors.
  • Reduce Gang affiliation, violence, and teen-age pregnancies.  Provide role models with strong, positive character and the engagement of discussion.
We already know how this is going to end for Indianapolis.

It's called Detroit 2013.

The overall white percentage of the population in Indianapolis will continue to decline, as the violence found almost exclusively in the black community will erode property value and drive away tax-producing businesses.

No, Manning isn't missing the city of Indianapolis now.
